What to expect during a 1:1 session:

Each session is broken out into three parts. First, we sit together and have a guided, spirit led discussion. In this protected and sacred space, we call on guides, angels and ancestors to share any relevant information that is needing to be addressed for your guidance and personal development. ​Then, we take a journey to your inner landscape to understand and release energy. Everyone’s experience is vastly different, some people are able to recall past lives and forgotten memories, others feel various sensations throughout their bodies, see colors, hear sounds and all report a feeling of release and relaxation when the energy component of the session is complete. Each Shamanic Reiki session is different; while all of the session is happening within the Reiki space, you can also expect Shamanic elements like; Womb Work, Cord Cutting, Smudge and Stones, etc. there are many different modalities that can be used to support your healing and learning. ​​The final part of each session is instructional. We discuss next steps - how you can weave what you have learned into your everyday life and continue your journey in embodying your higher-self.

All 1:1 sessions are virtual on zoom unless agreed upon beforehand.

Energy has no limits, in person and virtual sessions are the same in terms of effectiveness.
